How to Store your Nipple Covers & Reusable Pasties
Your nipple covers, also known as nipple pasties, pasties, nipple stickers and breast petals, should typically come in a plastic tray and include plastic liners that adhere to the adhesive side of the product. It’s important to hold on to these additional pieces in order to properly store your covers in between wears.
After you have worn your covers, you should always apply the plastic liner to the adhesive side so that the adhesive glue is not exposed to air and dust. This helps prevent the covers from getting dirty, but more importantly, it prevents the adhesive glue from drying out. Over exposure to air can cause the adhesive on your covers to become less sticky much faster. The less exposure to air, the better.
Once you’ve reapplied the plastic liner, you can then put your covers in the case they came in, or in another option such as Lollipetals Custom Travel Case. If you do not have the plastic liners, you can place the adhesive side of your covers directly on the plastic tray to prevent exposure. It’s important not to stick your covers on a dirty surface, or any surface that could damage the strength of the adhesive.
