14-Day Risk Free Returns

We're so confident that you're going to love your Lollipetals, we've updated our return policy to include 14-day risk free returns. Try your Lollipetals on within 14 days of delivery - if you don't absolutely love them, just send them back.  

What's "risk free" mean?

Open them, wear them, take them out on the town! If for any reason you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, send an email to returns@lollipetals.com within 14 days of delivery, and we'll send you a free return shipping label - no questions asked.

Once your order is received back at our headquarters, we'll process a full refund of your purchase amount including standard shipping.*

What happens after 14 days?

Your order is eligible for our risk free trial within 14 days of delivery, but we still accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. 

Please contact returns@lollipetals.com prior to returning product to receive a return confirmation and shipping label. If you are no longer within the 14 day trial window, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.  

Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns of opened or worn items after the 14-day trial period ends. That said, if you have any concerns, please contact us at returns@lollipetals.com and we’ll see what we can do to help out.

What if I placed my order before 7/26/2022?

All orders placed on or after 7/26/2022 are now eligible for risk free returns within 14 days of delivery. If your order was placed prior to 7/26/2022, it is still eligible for our standard 30 day return policy for unopened items. 

*Risk Free Returns is applicable in the domestic United States only. Standard shipping costs will be refunded up to $10.00. Priority shipping services including overnight delivery and express USPS delivery will be refunded up to $10.00.
